Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer service professional to join our team in disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs.
The ideal candidate will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customers experience during a difficult time.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or other communication channels
- Learn and utilize our service techniques and systems to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction to proper channels when necessary
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. They should also have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18 years of age or older, and have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
