Programmatic Campaign Specialist

You will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of client campaigns, from deciphering client briefs to launching seamless and efficient activations that deliver exceptional results. Your in-depth expertise in supply-side platforms (SSPs) and demand-side platforms (DSPs), combined with a holistic understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, ensures each activation meets both performance key indicators (KPIs) and margin targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Setup & Audience Creation:
    • Create targeted audience segments based on client specifications using advanced data analytics tools.
    • Automate the generation and naming of private marketplaces (PMP) deal IDs.
    • Curate inventory packages aligned to target segments to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Technical Configuration & Quality Assurance:
    • Implement and verify ad tags, pixels, and tracking URLs across various platforms to guarantee accurate campaign execution.
    • Conduct thorough campaign quality assurance checklists and secure internal approval.
  • Platform Deployment & Troubleshooting:
    • Configure, test, and troubleshoot SSP integrations and inventory feeds to ensure seamless campaign deployment.
    • Deploy deals into DSP seats and monitor for setup errors to prevent campaign disruptions.
    • Troubleshoot integration issues across DSPs and SSPs to minimize downtime.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Monitor live campaign metrics daily and produce detailed performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
    • Analyze under-delivery or sub-optimal win-rates and adjust bids, caps, and inventory mix accordingly to maximize campaign ROI.
  • Marginal Management:
    • Track campaign margin versus target and propose optimizations to protect profitability and maintain financial stability.
  • Client Support & Escalations:
    • Provide first-line technical support for delivery issues and escalate complex cases to the engineering team as needed.
  • Ongoing Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Research, document, and publish new curation and optimization techniques into the company knowledge base.
    • Share best practices and train peers on emerging programmatic technologies to foster a culture of continuous learning.
