Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to manage paid performance campaigns across various platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage paid performance campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic display platforms.
  • Analyze data and create reports on campaign performance for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Strategy team to research, develop, and present campaign plans aligned with client business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Paid Media team to deliver campaign updates and implement changes based on client meetings and internal processes.
  • Support the Client Success team with technical analysis of client accounts and responses to client inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing developments and ensure campaigns adapt accordingly.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Previous experience in a media agency or similar role, preferably with experience buying ads on Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic platforms.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, media, communications, or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong experience with PPC and social media ad platforms is required.
  • A proven track record of executing successful digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels and driving ROI is essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and collaborate with team leads for media and creative insights and optimizations are necessary.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey data, insights, and recommendations to various audiences are required.
