Optimize systems and drive revenue growth as a HubSpot expert

Job Description:
  • Own the end-to-end strategy, automation, and reporting for scalable solutions
  • Architect and maintain the GTM infrastructure across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs
  • Identify operational gaps and propose strategic solutions to fill them
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and optimize workflows for lifecycle transitions, lead nurturing, sales handoffs, and real-time alerts
  • Implement scalable systems for lead attribution, routing, and data enrichment
  • Ensure seamless integrations with key platforms
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in owning HubSpot in a growth-stage B2B SaaS environment
  • Advanced skills in automation, reporting, and integrations
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to design scalable systems
