About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled technology professional to join our team and contribute to delivering cutting-edge solutions that enhance customer experience and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Implement and support changes to CX platforms and integrations with CRMs and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and code repositories.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integration or consultancy environments.
  • Proven experience building and consuming APIs (REST, SOAP, Node-Express, etc.).
  • Experience building custom Web Components for Salesforce Lightning, NetSuite, or similar.
  • Practical understanding of contact centre platforms (Genesys Cloud CX, Cisco Webex Contact Centre, Zoom Contact Centre, Amazon Connect).
  • Experience with security and networking concepts including SSL/TLS certificates, Firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and SSO integration (SAML/OAuth).
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Linux environments, and cloud-hosted architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies and platforms quickly.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives with autonomy and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
