Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the position of IT Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple clients.

You will also manage network servers and technology tools, implementing and maintaining security measures to protect data, software and hardware. Additionally, you will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams admin portals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants for multiple clients.
  • Manage network servers and technology tools.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect data, software and hardware.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint and Teams admin portals.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management and security.
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus.
