Our company is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern software development and cloud architecture, as well as experience working with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable software applications using the latest technologies. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions and participate in architectural decisions and technology roadmap planning.

We are looking for a highly skilled engineer who has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with experience working in an agile environment. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance, scalable software applications using the latest technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, and AWS services.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL optimization.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of software design patterns and clean code principles.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial services industry experience (banking, payments, trading, or fintech).
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements (PCI DSS, SOX, etc.).
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (ELK stack, DataDog).
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding standards.
  • Experience with performance testing and optimization.
