Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Paid Social Media Buyer to strategize and manage our client's paid media ad accounts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands.

This role requires a problem-solving approach to reach success in our client's ad accounts by digging into the data and transforming that into actionable next steps. A strong understanding of analytics is essential to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid social ads by error-free building of ads and troubleshooting account performance.
  • Optimize Meta and TikTok ad campaigns to achieve maximum results.
  • Establish long-lasting relationships with clients by providing valuable insights for meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles.
  • Manage campaign budgets using a data-driven approach with a consumer-first focus.
  • Collaborate effectively on a team and self-manage multiple projects with priority-based execution.
Qualifications / Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of using analytics to drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands. You should also be able to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands across paid social platforms.

  • A strong understanding of paid advertising principles and best practices.
  • Experience with campaign budgeting and management.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
