You will undertake scheduling and rostering tasks to ensure uninterrupted service delivery, informing clients about any changes to their schedules. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and care personnel.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of CSR fulfillment experience in any industry (preferably healthcare dealing with elderlies)
- Sound understanding of personnel scheduling and rostering tasks in a dynamic environment
