Known for its strong commitment to excellence and a keen focus on client satisfaction, the company has a diverse team that collaborates to achieve common goals. They are currently looking for a Client Relations Manager to be based in the Philippines.

Job Description

The Client Relations Manager is responsible for the following:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., fund accounting, operations, compliance) to deliver excellent service and ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Manage client expectations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, while maintaining a focus on solution-oriented outcomes.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient setup of services.
  • Monitor the progress and performance of client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet agreed-upon KPIs and SLAs.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on fund performance, service changes, or regulatory updates.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancements, process improvements, and potential upselling of additional services or products to existing clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and proper coordination across departments.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing insights and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Manage and resolve escalated client issues in a calm and professional manner, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to address concerns.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Client Relations Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) preferred.
  • 6-10 years of experience in client relations or account management, preferably within fund administration or financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions in complex and fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
