Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting HR and executive-level decision-makers into qualified meetings that drive new client partnerships.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy position that requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in lead generation, with a strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing principles.

Responsibilities include executing targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, SMS, and phone, maintaining bounce rates below 2% and positive reply rates above 5%, booking 12+ qualified meetings per month for the Business Development Manager, sourcing HR leaders, Directors, and VPs using tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn, personalizing messaging using platforms like Instantly, testing subject lines and CTAs, making ~10 warm calls daily to prospects engaging via other channels, logging outreach activity and meetings in Salesforce, tagging lead sources, and working closely with the Recruiting team post-conversion to ensure smooth handoffs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of B2B lead generation experience in recruiting, staffing, or similar fields
  • Excellent written English and persuasive cold messaging skills
  • Familiarity with multichannel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
  • Confidence in making calls to U.S.-based prospects
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce; organized and data-driven
  • Highly coachable, competitive, and performance-focused
