We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Management Developer to join our team.

This role will involve designing and developing software applications that manage customer relationships, sales, and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with SAP CRM systems, including data migrations, service processes, and application development.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in ABAP, ABAP OO, LSMW, and other relevant technologies. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The job will involve working on multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time. The candidate will be responsible for creating solution concepts, presenting them to customers, and discussing requirements raised by the customer.

They will also be involved in implementing requirements in CRM and WebUI, enhancing interfaces to ERP, and providing go-live and hypercare support. The candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP CRM data structures, sales, and integration processes with SAP ERP and mobile services.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications that manage customer relationships, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time.
  • Create solution concepts and present them to customers.
  • Discuss requirements raised by the customer and implement them in CRM and WebUI.
  • Enhance interfaces to ERP and provide go-live and hypercare support.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in SAP CRM project development.
  • Technical knowledge of data migrations in SAP CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM Service processes and related objects.
  • Strong technical skills in ABAP, ABAP OO, LSMW, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
