Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in systems integration or consultancy environments.
  • Proven expertise in building and consuming APIs (REST, SOAP) and Web Components for similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with contact centre platforms (Genesys Cloud CX, Cisco Webex Contact Centre).
  • Strong understanding of security and networking concepts including SSL/TLS certificates, Firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and SSO integration.
  • Experience with Windows Server, Linux environments, and cloud-hosted architectures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to deliver projects in fast-paced customer-facing environments.
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly.
  • Collaborative team player with autonomy and accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills for technical stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, high-performance technical solutions to enhance customer experience, engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement changes, enhancements, and upgrades to CX platforms.
  • Develop integrations between CX platforms, CRMs, and external systems via APIs and middleware.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide escalation support.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, code repositories, and configuration records.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
