Visionary Cloud Architect

As a Technical Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and deploying cloud-based solutions that meet our clients' needs.
You will work closely with project teams to develop technical designs leveraging existing tools, services, and frameworks. You will also provide architectural guidance, support the development of cloud adoption models, and make recommendations to overcome blockers.
Key responsibilities include owning technical envisioning, design, project scope, and working with project teams to deploy cloud-based solutions. You will also translate requirements into technical designs, drive design and deployment of client workloads into Azure, and keep abreast of emerging technology trends and their impact on cloud solutions.
A key part of this role is identifying, validating, and growing opportunities to accelerate consumption in high-potential customer accounts in partnership with sales teams. You will also be required to train, shadow, and provide knowledge transfer to junior developers and other technology teams.
Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field. You will also need 5-7 years of experience in application development specializing in C# .NET Framework, Angular, Microservices, React, Node.
Relevant experience in Azure, Azure App Services, Microsoft, and Agile is also necessary. A passion for building front-end applications and cloud-native applications using PaaS, containers, serverless, and modern front-end JS/TS is essential. Desire for continuous learning and new technology to be used in the cloud space is also required.
Experience working in a consulting environment and a major cloud platform, such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, is preferred. Very knowledgeable in OOA/OOD and Design Patterns, understanding of the Agile process and DevOps, and interest in or experience in Mobile, IoT, Blockchain applications are also desirable.
Strong analytical problem-solving ability, presentation, written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role. Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc. are also beneficial.
