Responsibilities

This role involves identifying, assessing, mitigating, documenting, and advising on potential risks associated with AI technologies, including ethical and legal implications.

  • Responsible AI advisory and architecture responsibilities include co-developing guidelines and training programs on responsible AI principles and practices, co-developing tooling to support responsible AI testing, validation, and monitoring, managing AI incidents and facilitating resolution, reporting, and documentation.
  • Program management responsibilities include managing the central inventory of AI use cases, collaborating with technology teams to promote AI best practices, collaborating with research teams to explore cutting-edge responsible AI technologies and practices, identifying opportunities for innovation, and updating various stakeholder groups on the latest AI advancements.
Qualifications

Core competencies include:

  • At least one year of experience in AI development with strong understanding of machine learning principles and emerging technologies.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in security or compliance preferably with exposure to AI-related governance.
  • Demonstrated passion for ethical and legal implications of AI technologies, including responsible innovation and regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Educational qualifications include a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, law, or related field. Work conditions include a flexible schedule and work from home setup.
