Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the challenging role of AI/LLM Model Evaluator.

  • Create high-quality training datasets for AI models to enhance their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice. This involves developing well-structured and comprehensive data sets that cater to the unique requirements of each model.
  • Annotate data to ensure AI models align with human values, guaranteeing that generated content is safe and effective. This involves analyzing complex data sets and applying expert judgment to make informed decisions.
  • Improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated and AI model-generated text to adhere to linguistic rules and conventions. This requires meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of language nuances.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers, to refine and iterate data sets. Effective communication and project management skills are essential in this role.
  • Contribute to evolving specifications for AI model training and data recipes. This involves staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
  • Navigate a dynamic environment and adapt to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities. Agility and flexibility are crucial in this role, as the ability to pivot quickly and respond to changing circumstances is vital.
  • Meet target KPIs, including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specified data production windows. This requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple competing demands.
