We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Customer Experience team as a Deductions Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that shapes the customer journey to the Cloud.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with Small to Midsize Business (SMB) clients, helping them better understand, manage, and analyze trade spend dollars. They have at least one year of experience in Trade Promotion Management and a strong background or education in Accounting.

  • They will be responsible for navigating distributor, direct, and logistics portals to gather required backup documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records of missing deduction backup items in an Excel spreadsheet.
  • Collaborating with engineers to resolve issues when the web scraper does not work as expected.
  • Maintaining detailed manuals for each distributor and direct account, explaining the features of their customer portals.
  • Creating and sending regular email reports to clients with status updates.
  • Providing ad hoc analysis and reporting support.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment and adaptable to change. They should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be eager to learn and serve customers.
