Job Description:

The Revenue Operations Associate will be responsible for keeping client and pipeline information up to date, tracking leads and follow-ups, supporting client solutions where automation needs human input, and assisting with reporting and documentation. This role requires strong proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools, excellent organizational skills, adaptability, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate client and pipeline records, track leads and follow-ups, and ensure timely engagement.
  • Client Platform Support: Configure the AI platform for clients, perform human-in-the-loop tasks, and support the delivery of client solutions.
  • Operational Support: Assist the team with reporting and insights, document processes, and take on general administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Notion, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar).
