Customer Service Representative Job

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Communicate with customers via various channels, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, demonstrating a deep understanding of our offerings.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of customer services.
  • Data entry in various platforms, maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience and a strong comfort level with sales conversations.
  • Typing skills of at least 50 words per minute.
  • 1-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace and various customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $1000-$2000 per month, depending on skill and experience.

  • Internet speed faster than 50 Mbps.

This is a full-time, independent contractor position, requiring flexibility and autonomy. You will work within US business hours, and your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to meet customer needs and provide excellent service.
