ICT Capability Development Lead

The ICT Capability Development Lead is responsible for enhancing the membership's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) capabilities.

Key objectives include developing tailored ICT development programs to address member needs, formulating and delivering human resource development initiatives to increase ICT capabilities across the membership, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to implement training and development activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver customized ICT capability development programs to support digital transformation.
  • Formulate and implement HR development initiatives to enhance ICT skills and knowledge among members.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement effective training strategies.
  • Support remote/online training delivery and adapt methodologies for adult learners.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development, or a related field.
  • Expertise in remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
