Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

  • Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails to various clients
  • Resolve support inquiries of varying difficulties, utilizing strong problem-solving skills
  • Gather data to ensure the required technical information is collected for resolving complex tickets
  • Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services, leveraging expertise in tech support

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written), prior experience in tech support or similar roles, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and basic understanding of networking and cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, responsible, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM systems, engineers, and certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco are considered assets.
