Job Title: Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant

With a deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough business analysis, review existing processes, systems, and documentation to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Leverage your technical expertise to configure and customise systems, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms.
  • Design and implement automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, define business objectives, and develop targeted solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on project estimates, solution design, and implementation timelines.
