Job Summary:

We're seeking an expert in cloud and on-premises infrastructure to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud and private cloud environments.

About the Role:

  • Our ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and containerization using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • They should also be proficient in managing and optimizing infrastructure using Microsoft stack tools.
  • The role involves deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers, as well as supporting container orchestration with Tanzu and/or Rancher.
  • In addition, our team member will be responsible for ensuring system reliability, scalability, and performance through automation and proactive monitoring.
  • The successful candidate will work collaboratively with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployments and improve workflows.
  • Furthermore, they will implement and enforce best practices in infrastructure, security, and automation, and provide documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to team members.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of on-premises private cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.
  • Proficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management.
  • Experience working with Tanzu and/or Rancher.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft stack tools (Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
