We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support our Estimating Teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid Package Management
  • Coordinate and track bid proposals from initiation to submission
  • Ensure all estimate packages include vendor quotes, subcontractor bids, takeoffs, specifications, and scope clarifications
  • Organize files for executive review and maintain consistent folder structures
  • Solicit and track supplier and subcontractor pricing
  • Maintain and update a bid contact database with key partners
  • Ensure all quotes are documented and properly saved for reference
  • Collaborate with estimators on bid deadlines and scheduling
  • Assist with tracking and document management
  • Generate summary bid reports and maintain a bid calendar

Requirements:

  • Prior remote work experience and a proven ability to self-manage in a virtual setting is essential
  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (pivot tables, lookups, formatting, etc.)
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
