Technical Expert for Software Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative software engineer to join our team responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and testing cutting-edge software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex software systems with a focus on scalability and performance
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best practices and design patterns
  • Optimize existing software systems for improved efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality code and provide constructive feedback
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in financial software development
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical growth
Requirements:
  • Strong evidence of track record of software engineering ideally in financial services or credit-related software development
  • Experience of financial software development and banking processes
  • Strong understanding of database systems and SQL
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Additional requirements include comprehensive understanding of credit processes, products, and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with a Master's degree being preferred.
