Software Development Engineer - IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer - IT Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science and a passion for working with technology. They will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing software systems, and developing high-quality code.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in database, network administration, or system administration.
  • Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of cloud, virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of databases and SQL.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing IT strategy and plans.
  • Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
  • Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools is a plus.
  • System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields are a plus.
