Senior Technical Support and Quality Assurance Specialist

This dual role combines technical expertise with quality assurance to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain application reliability.
The ideal candidate will handle escalated customer issues, conduct thorough testing, and develop automation to enhance support and QA processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide in-depth technical support for complex customer issues by replicating problems, analyzing logs, and testing application flows.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers when necessary.
- Equip internal support agents with comprehensive explanations, fixes, and documentation.
- Participate in pre-release QA cycles, testing application builds on physical devices and simulators.
- Perform manual tests across critical user journeys and edge cases.
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of automated test suites.
- Offer feedback during release planning to identify risks and areas requiring special attention.
- Develop a deep understanding of our application's user journeys and internal tools.
