Customer Success Role

We are seeking a Customer Success professional to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing trust with assigned customers and providing them with the best possible experience navigating our vast offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear understanding of customer objectives and activate internal and external capabilities to alleviate pain points, align expectations, and deliver on collaboration roadmaps.
  • Focus on supporting customers by finding solutions to ticket requests, enriching documentation, driving campaigns, and identifying high potential or high risk customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Support in developing engagement plans that fulfill customer objectives.
Requirements:
  • Customer-facing experience and empathetic individual with a natural drive to help others.
  • Passion for technology, infrastructure, and Ubuntu, excellent presentation skills, and strong organisational skills.
  • Able to structure and constantly update documentation, interact with all departments internally, and possess proficiency in various languages (Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, or Italian) alongside English.
