Job Overview

We are searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable and Payable Coordinator to support our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with financial standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure vendor invoices for the US region are validated, posted, and paid accurately.
  • Process vendor invoices and payments after review and verification.
  • Update vendor banking details through the Vendor Master process.
  • Analyze AP accounts for inaccuracies and untimely entries, identify errors and their causes, and report analysis to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy or any accounting-related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience within an accounting/finance role (AP Process).
  • Expert knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable Process.
  • Proficiency in Accounting and Finance ERP systems - SAP.
