About This Role:

In this Accounts Payable Clerk position at PUBLICIS MANILA, INC., you will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing payment schedules, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the implementation of Media Accounts Payable Process controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process (match and flag) supplier invoices within set deadlines
  • Monitor invoice flow and handle queries from suppliers, clients, and staff
  • Manage filing requirements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare creditors reconciliations and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
