A Key Role in Go-To-Market Infrastructure

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with GTM leadership to understand business goals, sales and marketing strategies, and operational needs.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into technical requirements and actionable implementation plans.
Technical Architecture:
  • Design, configure, and optimize Salesforce architecture for client-specific GTM processes.
  • Implement and manage key integrations with tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Clari, and CPQ platforms.
  • Develop scalable solutions for lead lifecycle management, opportunity tracking, ABM, and customer success workflows.
Process Optimization & Documentation:
  • Analyze existing GTM processes, identify inefficiencies, and design streamlined, scalable workflows.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, process maps, and training materials to support user adoption.
Data Strategy & Reporting:
  • Establish Salesforce as a single source of truth for revenue data across the GTM tech stack.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure clean data capture, proper attribution, and reliable reporting structures across systems.
Client Enablement & Support:
  • Provide training and enablement to client teams to ensure effective use and adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering guidance on system governance, best practices, and change management.

Required qualifications include 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role. Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, optimization, and administration is necessary. Familiarity with related tools and integrations such as HubSpot, Marketo, Clari, CPQ systems, and data enrichment platforms is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on complex data sets are essential.
