Job Description

We are seeking a skilled individual to lead critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex financial data into actionable insights that inform key initiatives.

The successful candidate will work closely with Finance leadership to shape and support financial strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies. A strong understanding of financial models, forecasting, and risk analysis is essential for this role.

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a collaborative approach, effective communication, and a digital mindset. You will be working on impactful projects that drive meaningful change and have the autonomy to make decisions that impact the business.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under minimal supervision.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM, with a keen understanding of automation, cost savings, and process re-engineering.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Effective communicator, with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders and champion a digital mindset within the Finance team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
