We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead our financial management cycle, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes.

  • The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end financial management cycle, ensuring the integrity of financial statements, compliance with accounting standards, and delivery of insightful financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Key responsibilities include leading Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business objectives.
  • The role also involves overseeing month-end close processes, preparing, reviewing, and presenting management reports, highlighting key business drivers, trends, and variances.

This is a mid-senior level finance position that requires 8+ years of progressive experience in controllership, financial planning & analysis, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis, as well as proficiency in month-end close processes and financial statement preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred)

  • Excellent knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, etc.)
