About the Role

The Head of Protective Services is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures to safeguard employees, assets, and facilities. This role requires a strategic approach to facility management, employee safety, and crisis response, as well as day-to-day operational security oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Strategy
  2. Develop and implement security strategies in collaboration with senior management, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Supervise the security department, including security personnel, operations, and training.
  4. Provide guidance and support to the security team in crisis management, emergency response, and risk mitigation.
  5. Employee Safety and Well-being
  6. Implement programs aimed at ensuring the safety of all employees while on premises (e.g., workplace safety, evacuation plans, and emergency protocols).
  7. Maintain effective communication with employees about safety practices, security updates, and emergency procedures.
  8. Oversee the security of company events, employee access control, and workplace security measures.
  9. Facility Security
  10. Ensure the security of physical assets, office locations, warehouses, and other facilities.
  11. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
  12. Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
