This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with our team as a Digital Marketing and Creative Solutions Specialist.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth, while also owning the design of our brand assets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing execution, including campaign setup, workflows, and analytics. They will also possess strong skills in design tools such as Canva and Adobe/InDesign.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals
  • Own the design of our brand assets, ensuring consistency and high-quality visuals
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver 2 high-quality newsletters per month, as well as build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages
  • Report on performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and subscriber growth
  • Create and publish a minimum of 8 social posts per month, as well as write, format, and publish 1 blog each month to our website
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proven experience in HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics
  • Design Expertise: Strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design
  • Content Creation: Confident creating and formatting blogs, case studies, and social posts
  • Lead Ops Knowledge: Comfortable researching leads via LinkedIn, scoring, and preparing for sales
  • Reporting Mindset: Strong with numbers, able to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement. To ensure alignment and transparency, successful candidates will be expected to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work and reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile.
