We're Hiring: Full-Time Multimedia Specialist (Video Editing Focus)

Start Date: ASAP

We're expanding our creative team and looking for a Multimedia Specialist with a strong emphasis on video editing to help us produce high-performing ad creatives that convert.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Collaborate with our Marketplace Manager and Media Buyers to create scroll-stopping performance videos for TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms.
  • Edit and transform content from influencer shoots, UGC, livestream footage, and product showcases into engaging, sales-driven videos.
  • Conceptualize and produce short-form video content based on current TikTok and Meta trends.
  • Occasionally assist in creating static designs and motion graphics for ads and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized system for media assets and version control.
  • Stay on top of creative best practices and ad performance data to continually optimize content.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in video editing and multimedia design, preferably in eCommerce, DTC, or digital advertising.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
  • A solid understanding of what makes an ad convert — you're not just creative, you're commercially sharp.
  • Experience working with performance marketing creatives or TikTok Shop/UCG-style content is a big plus.
  • Someone who can work independently, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Comfortable with a onsite work (5 days in a week)
