At Ergo Contract Phil Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, processing, and verifying all payment requests, as well as encoding details in Infor LN and preparing batch transmittals for the Treasury Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process payment requests
- Verify and reconcile payment details
- Encode payment requests in Infor LN
- Prepare batch transmittals for the Treasury Department
- File payment requests with check vouchers
- Assist in retrieving schedules for taxation and management purposes
- Assist in filing taxes with BIR
- Generate Total Operating Expenses Report
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Infor LN
