Global Customer Care Ambassador

In this customer service representative role, you will act as an expert and liaison, providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems that the company's customer accounts and clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong customer relationships and resolve customer queries through phone calls, emails, and chat in a fast and professional manner.
- Create a positive experience for customers, vendors, and suppliers by providing accurate information about the company's products or services.
- Escalate technical support issues when encountered and manage the resolution process to final resolution.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and excellent English skills both oral and written.
- Preferably two years of experience in the Travel industry or BPO industry, along with previous customer service experience.
- Adaptable, fast learner with the ability to creatively find customer solutions.
- Flexibility in shift schedules and work hours, including the option to work in a hybrid setup.
- Access to a computer, high-speed internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace.
- The ideal candidate must be willing to start immediately and work in Taguig, Ortigas, or Makati locations.
