Overview of the Customer Service Associate I role:

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to follow instructions and interpret operational documents, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. The primary duties include:

  1. Assisting customers with questions and recommendations
  2. Managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register
  3. Maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store
  4. Receiving merchandise and helping with unloading trucks
  5. Ensuring all areas are neat and presentable

Duties may vary based on business needs, but this list provides an overview of the main responsibilities.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments
  • Ability to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
