Video Content Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative video content specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of high-quality educational videos, working closely with a talented group of creators to ensure engaging and impactful content.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop video content for various platforms, including YouTube, focusing on optimization for engagement and discoverability.
- Collaborate with video creators and editors to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-quality content.
- Experiment with diverse video formats, incorporating innovative ideas from outside traditional educational content, such as listicles, explainers, and visual essays.
- Leverage AI tools to streamline production and enhance video quality.
- 2-3 years of experience in video creation, preferably in academic or informational settings, with a strong understanding of the YouTube ecosystem.
- Skill in sourcing and guiding video content creators to produce engaging, platform-optimized content.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and other editing and graphics tools.
- Experience in scripting, storyboarding, producing videos, and collaborating with editors.
- Data analysis skills, comfortable running content experiments to improve engagement and retention.
