Lead Tender Coordination

Assume the pivotal role of coordinating comprehensive tender processes, encompassing engineering, construction, and infrastructure projects.   • Coordinate technical experts to develop compliant, compelling proposals for multiple jurisdictions and funding environments.
  • Oversee technical and financial components of submissions, including donor-funded projects with global organizations like ADB and World Bank.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring proposals meet strict requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this challenging position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in bid management, tender coordination, or proposals within engineering, construction, or infrastructure consulting.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to review and interpret complex technical content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, with exceptional document formatting skills.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and confident in managing multiple large submissions.
