Job Responsibilities
Under guidance of Client's Project Team, manage all engineering & design activities to produce the deliverables defined in the Service Agreement:
(a) ensure there are processes in place to assure Client confidentiality to
avoid "leakage" of sensitive information;
(b) coordinate work with other relevant disciplines to ensure compatibility throughout the design;
(c) provide design solutions for identified problems on-site or change requests;
(d) provide expert engineering advice to Consultant's team and the Client; (e) guide and supervise Consultant's Engineers & design staff and Sub-
Consultants in the execution of design and engineering activities.
Project Engineers are responsible for a specific discipline (civil/structural, mechanical, electrical) and/or speciality (HVACR, Process Engineering, Automation).
Under Project Manager supervision, prepare the tender documents, evaluate proposals together with quantity surveyor and engineer, prepare the recommendation letter of contract award and prepare the contract document.
