As a medical contact center assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support.

Job Description

Respond to medical information queries and general inquiries received via telephone, email, or other channels. Guide customers through consultative conversations, ensuring they receive accurate information about medication side effects.

Record and report Adverse Drug Reactions within required timelines. This involves accurately documenting patient interactions and submitting reports in a timely manner.

Perform tracking, quality control, training, and data reconciliation from multiple sources. Ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. You must be able to clearly articulate complex information to customers.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and pharmacovigilance practices is crucial. Familiarity with industry standards and guidelines is also necessary.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required. You should be comfortable using software applications to manage data and create reports.
