Responsibilities:Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks, and lead overall planning, control, status reporting, stability, and project delivery. Contribute to managing the budget and reporting project progress on an ongoing basis. Lead the planning, control, status reporting, stability, and delivery of a work stream within a large or small project to ensure goals are met within time, scope, budget, and resources.

Report project progress to stakeholders according to a structured communication plan, tailoring communication to stakeholder needs. Ensure project health by identifying risks, developing mitigation plans, and communicating these proactively. Implement the DePICT project management methodology and risk management processes.

Maintain all project documentation to quality standards, keep it updated, accessible, and stored in the project database. Apply the ACT change management methodology, managing and influencing stakeholders to achieve business benefits. Support resource planning, defining roles, responsibilities, and SMEs needed to deliver benefits.

Requirements:Technical/Engineering University degree. At least 3 years of operations experience in warehousing (essential). Familiarity with project management methodologies (essential).

Knowledge of DMAIC continuous improvement methodology (desired). Willingness to undertake a 1-year project-based contract.
