Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution team, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate project engineers, coordinators, and technicians.

  • Act as the primary contact between clients, principals, contractors, and internal departments.

  • Conduct regular progress meetings and provide transparent updates to management and stakeholders.

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.

  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Prepare reports and documentation for management, clients, and regulatory compliance.

  • Ensure projects follow safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

  • Coordinate with the Safety Officer for project HSE compliance.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and project documents.
