Contract Billing Specialist

This position is a critical component of our team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients. You will play a key role in extracting essential data from contracts and navigating multiple systems to generate invoices that align with contractual terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Accuracy: Verify contract details, pricing, and billing schedules are accurately input into the system.
- Invoice Generation: Process invoices based on contract terms and ensure they align with agreed-upon rates.
- Reconciliation & Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies between contract details and billing records.
- Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and clients to clarify billing details and resolve disputes.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience handling contracts, billings, and invoicing, preferably for a US-based SaaS company.
- Ability to read customer contracts and extract key billing and revenue data.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes.
- Detailed-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and billing systems, including Salesforce and Quickbooks/Xero/Stripe.
