Document Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Document Management Specialist to support the management and submission of contract data requirements list deliverables.

This role involves tracking documents, ensuring version control, and maintaining compliance with contract and quality standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing all CDRL deliverables and project documents, ensuring proper formatting, version control, and timely submission of documentation, coordinating internal reviews and approvals, maintaining updated document logs, transmittals, and submission records, archiving and organizing documents in accordance with contract and ISO 9001:2015 standards, supporting audits and reviews by preparing and retrieving required documentation, monitoring submission schedules, and communicating document requirements and changes across departments.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in document control for U.S. Government or DoD contracts.
  • Familiarity with CDRL processes, formatting, and submission standards.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 document control practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
