Job Description
At Professional Parking Management Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Facilities, Planning professional to join our team. As a key member of the facilities team, you will be responsible for overseeing facility planning, scheduling, and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. This role involves coordinating with departments and external vendors, leading facility design and construction projects, managing budgets and resources, and implementing safety and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic facility plans to align with organizational goals.
  • Manage budgets and resources for facilities projects, including overseeing contractors and project teams.
  • Coordinate with departments and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in Project Management, Sustainability, or Design Management is a plus. At least 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, planning, or design is preferred. Proven track record of managing design and construction projects from concept to completion is essential.
