Quality Assurance Specialist

This is a high-profile opportunity to lead and manage daily vendor qualification operations within a QA team.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will oversee vendor selection, assessments, and qualifications. You will act as a subject matter expert in internal forums and vendor-related meetings.

You will build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support vendor use and management. You will contribute to the development of audit schedules, quality metrics, and reports. You will drive process improvement by reviewing and updating procedural documentation.

In addition, you will support the strategic planning of vendor assurance initiatives and perform any additional responsibilities as assigned.

  • Lead and manage daily vendor qualification operations;
  • Oversee vendor selection, assessments, and qualifications;
  • Act as subject matter expert in internal forums and vendor-related meetings;
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners;
  • Contribute to the development of audit schedules, quality metrics, and reports;
  • Drive process improvement by reviewing and updating procedural documentation;
  • Support the strategic planning of vendor assurance initiatives;
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned;

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA and GxP auditing, especially GCP. Experience across other GxP areas (GLP, GPvP, GMP, GDP) is advantageous.

We are looking for a critical thinker with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. The ability to travel across the region if required is essential. Appropriate tertiary qualifications in the medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare disciplines (MSc or PhD is highly desirable).
