Senior Property Analyst

This senior role involves conducting in-depth financial analysis, market research, and creating comprehensive reports to support strategic business decisions.

  • Research real estate databases for comparable data, analyze the findings, engage with industry professionals (e.g. brokers) and then compile a detailed analysis explaining the results
  • Analyze real estate investments, including acquisitions and developments, identifying key trends and opportunities
  • Create sophisticated financial models to assess property performance and returns on investment
  • Research market trends, property data, and comparable sales/rentals, providing actionable insights
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and clients, effectively communicating key findings and recommendations
  • Assist with due diligence, reviewing leases and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Real Estate or related fields
  • Degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Math, Economics, or Real Estate
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; advanced financial modeling skills preferred
  • Strong analytical skills enabling independent thinking and problem-solving
  • Familiarity with FileMaker Pro and effective internet searching techniques
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to resolve complex problems
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
